Every year Yankee Candle come out with some signature Christmas scents to help make your home extra festive in the holiday season. I’m always curious what the scents will be and most importantly what they will name the new scents as they are usually pretty entertaining.

To kick things off we have Christmas Eve Cocoa. This scent is said to have Sweet vanilla scents, blended with notes of praline and mint to create a tempting treat to share with family and friends.

The notes for this candle are:

Top: Citrus, Vetiver, Mint, Marjoram, Clove

Mid: Sandalwood, Vanilla, Blossom, Geranium, Tuberose

Base: White Woods, Praline Musk, Patchouli

Top note is the initial impression of the fragrance, middle note is the main body of the scent and base is its final impression.

Next on the list we have Letters to Santa, I can’t speak for everyone but I can’t say I know what that would smell of… either way Yankee Candle say that it has notes of papery woods and amber that are sweetened by sugared musk scents to evoke the excitement of writing to Santa for both young and old.

They also say that is has note of:

Top: Solar Cinnamon, Sunshine, Lemondrop

Mid: Solar Accord, Coconut, Sandalwood, Sugared Musk

Base: Amber, Praline, Handwritten Letters

Top note is the initial impression of the fragrance, middle note is the main body of the scent and base is its final impression.

Last on this list is the Tree Farm Festival, I'm hoping this one smells of fresh cut christmas trees. They say that it has enticing scents of pine, vetiver and gardenia that will transport you to a local Tree Farm Festival.

The notes for this one are:

Top: Pine Needle, Violet Leaves

Mid: Cedarwood, Gardenia, Magnolia

Base: Vetiver, Sandalwood, Musk

Top note is the initial impression of the fragrance, middle note is the main body of the scent and base is its final impression.
