First, is the Weleda ‘Skin Food’ moisturizer, this acts as a great hydrating primer base for your makeup as well as a good everyday moisturizer. It comes in Skin Food ‘Original’ as well as ‘Light’- we recommend the light for oilier complexions as the product is quite thick, so is ideal for combination or dry skin. It is great for helping your makeup last all day whilst keeping your skin hydrated. We recommend using a small amount as it goes a long way. Retails at $13-$18.

Next is the NYX eyebrow gel ‘The Brow Glue’. We found the small brush is perfect for applying the right amount of product without being too heavy or thick. It's also a great dupe for higher-end products like Anastasia Beverly Hills and Benefit Cosmetics brow gels. A handy staple piece to have in your makeup bag, it is also vegan and waterproof. Retails at $6.50 - $8

Another product we have found to be a great dupe, is the Elf cosmetics ‘Hydrating Camo Concealer’, a thick and long-wear concealer. This product is known to be a dupe for the more expensive, Tarte cosmetics ‘Shape Tape’ as both are a creamy consistency. The Elf concealer is a higher coverage product and great for under eyes as well as contouring. You only need a small amount as it is highly pigmented so should last you a while! Retails at $6.

Lastly, is one of our favorite beauty ranges from Maybelline. The ‘Fit Me Matte + Poreless’ powder and the ‘Fit Me’ concealer - a dupe for the Nars ‘Radiant Creamy Concealer’. The pressed powder, which comes with an applicator and mirror is perfect to take out and top up your makeup throughout the day. The matte powder is perfect for covering up shiny areas like the forehead and chin and creates a smooth complexion. The ‘Fit Me’ concealer is really blendable and lightweight so doesn’t feel too heavy on your skin. The concealer and powder are a go-to combination for a light everyday makeup look if you are aiming for a quick and easy routine. Both are super affordable and tend to last a while, making them ideal products to include in your makeup bag. Powder retails at $6, Concealer retails at $6.
